We were approached by the owners as they had seen a drop in sales over a period of time and wanted to develop and grow their business prior to selling. We carried out a marketing audit of their current position over a two day period carrying out competitor and customer research. From the findings of the audit a clear objective was identified. We then put together a six month marketing plan. The decision was taken to have a content management website built and designed and a social media presence created, along with some new printed material. We managed to get them to first page in Google within a two month period.

We mentored and coached them in some online marketing and social media marketing techniques to allow them to undertake their own marketing plan. We are retained to provide advice and analyses the results of their marketing activities.
