Friendly consultancy was approached by the management company behind the cathedral quarter to provide social media support. We started the process by auditing their current social media management and reviewing any exisiting goals.We went through the potential benefits of effective social media management and any potential pitfalls prior to setting any objectives. Once the Cathedral Quarter Derby were comfortable with the principles of how social media would integrate with their existing marketing management, we identified some clear objectives that had to be achieved. As part of those objectives a social media strategy and protocol was devised, this document is a dynamic document and evolves as their strategy evolves and indeed as social media is such an ever changing environment it could never be a static document.

Benefits

We went through the potential benefits to the Cathedral Quarter Derby looking at how social media could improve their customer care. How social media could impact on their brandawareness.
